Cliff, a London native, has been deeply rooted in the city since childhood. He has a strong foundation in sports and fitness, having transitioned from an ex-sprinter and personal trainer to a certified Sports Massage Therapist with Active IQ Level 3 & 4 qualifications. Over the past 9 years, he has honed his skills in the industry, earning a loyal clientele through his expertise in anatomy, physiology, and pain management.
Cliff tailors his treatments to a wide range of clients–from athletes to those with everyday tension–providing personalized care to meet individual needs. His affiliation with the Sports Massage Association (SMA) keeps him updated on best practices, ensuring top-quality treatments.

With 7 years of experience as a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist, he’s a versatile and skilled practitioner, offering a variety of therapeutic techniques. His specialized treatments include Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep Tissue massage, and he’s also trained in Kinesiotaping, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Chair Massage, and Dynamic Stretching.
